my father is 57yrs old and suffering from coughing with white sputam since 6month.
chest xray seen bronchitis.
cbc normal. aec 400.
sputam afb neg.
rx cefixim +ofloxacin
expectorant syrup
montelukast + levocetri
ambroxol and turbutalin given.
but now not effectiv rx and continue symptoms..
pls give me suggetion what i do for stop illnes..

Allergic bronchitis you can add cough suppessant as Dextrometherphan and steroid a short course in tapering dose.you will be imroove in your symtomps.
