Hello,
Welcome to HCM,
Breathing exercises during infection in the chest will leads to cough and sneezing.
While doing the breathing exercise you will do continuous respiratory movements, which will irritates the mucosa of the respiratory tract and this will leads to the symptoms.
Stuffy nose also suggest that your Upper respiratory tract is not clear.
I would suggest you to do these exercises once your symptoms and infection comes down.
Thank you.
