Suffering From Chronic Headaches. Dent Formed Near The Eyebrow. Caused By Headache?

Good Morning. I suffer from chronic headaches but it has yet to be determined if the headaches are neuropathic or daily migraines. I have resently noticed a dent forming from my hairline down to my eyebrow on the affected right side of my face. I am becomming increasingly worried about this and wondered if this could be connected to my headaches. Have you come across this before please?

Hello and welcome to HCM,

I understand your problem regarding headache and the dent near your eyebrow.

You must understand that you will have this dent in many simple and non worrisome condition and in all probability you have nothing to worry about.

Nevertheless in the background of your headache it will be better if you could get a CT Scan of your nose and sinuses and get back to me with the report as even in sinusitis you may have the dent.

Take steam inhalation and a course of antibiotics like amoxycillin-clavulanate 625 mg twice daily for five days and see if the dent becomes better

Hope you get well soon

regards

Dr Sriram Nathan
