Brief Answer:
Suggestive of neuralgic pain.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

Your symptoms are suggestive of a neuralgic pain, in the distribution of trigeminal nerve. The common causes are trigeminal neuralgia and episodic cephalalgia.

At this stage, you can take carbamazepine tablets for relief of symptoms.

If the symptoms persist beyond a few days, you may go for MRI brain to determine the underlying cause.

I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information.

Wishing you good health,
