Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

UTI not responding to antibiotics, i would consider that bacteria are either resistant to antibiotic or inappropriate antibiotic being used. I would suggest you the following

1. Urine Culture and Antibiotic sensitivity- Will guide which antibiotic is appropriate
2. Chest Physiotherapy and Saline+Asthalin Nebulization--- it will help your Bronchitis. Also Use of Mucolytic Syrup will help

Do get back to me if you have any other query

Take Care

Wishing you Healthy Life
