Suffer From Infection In The Intestine, Giardiasis. Pus Cells In Stool. Medication?

I'm having infection in my large intestine for nearly 2 years now. 7 months before i was also affected by giardiasis. Still i'm feeling a lot of uneasiness. Recent stool report also showed that i have pus cells 3-5/hpf. What is it i am exactly suffering from? Please suggest me some medicines (if any in particular) Because of this problem i am not able to do my work properly. It affects me my daily work very badly. Give me proper advice as soon as possible please.

Hi,
Giardia is a water borne parasitic infection found all over the world, it can be transmitted by drinking infected water, swimming in pools, or from another infected person.
There are several drugs for its treatment, but not everyone responds to them.
The most common drugs used for treatment are:
metronidazole
Tinidazole
Nitazoxanide

But you shouldnt take these medications without first referring to your doctor.
