Suffer from headache, disturbed sleep due to nightmares. Need help

I am suffering because of headache for the past 2 months, my upper middle head is paining. I think this is because of my disturbed sleeping, I am getting continuous dreams which was like some kind of imagination, most of the times my dream will be scary. I am scared that this will end up with some big issue. Please suggest me how to get out of this problem.
