I will take fluticasone . I also am coughing up mucous sometime with a little bright red blood. Do I need to go to urgent care or can it wait until Monday?

Suffer From Frequent Sinus Infections. Blood In Mucus, Blocked Nose. Need Urgent Care?
Hello Thanks for writing to H.C.M. for your query. I have gone through your query regarding frequent sinus infection, blood in mucus, blocked nose. After considering your symptoms and co-relating it with your history of illness for sinusitis it appears as secondary infection is going on. You are advice for these basic investigations- (a) C.T.scan of paranasal sinuses. (b) Culture and sensitivity of nasal discharge. (c) Blood - CBC, ESR, blood sugar (F. & P.P.), serum creatinin. (d) Urine- Routine and microscopic. After this thorough examination and clinical co-relation of inferences of investigatins will guide us to reach to proper diagnosis which can be accordingly managed. Regards.
