Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Let me explain you few things about POLYCYSTIC OVARY SYNDROME (PCOD).
Clinically there are ,
1 androgen excess causes hirsutism ( facial hairs) & acne.
2 Menstrual irregularities , dysfunctional uterine bleeding,
3 Obesity.
Lab diagnosis as,

1 Alteration in LH /F S H ( HORMONES from gland)
2 elevation of testosterone and androgen level,
3 Ultrasound findings of ovaries.
Lab reports I mentioned so that for facial hairs , you can understand all things.
Before any conclusion for permanent cure LAB report must be there.
Hope I have answered your question.
If further any question I will explain.
Good luck.
