Sudden Waking At Night, Inability To Move And Talk. Advise?

so i've been having alot of nights where, while im asleep, i wake up and cant move. i can see everything, but trying to move just a muscle is hard enough. i also cant talk while it happens. if i try, i sound like im coughing. the only way to get out of this "paralysis" is to move a finger or toe, then my body snaps into motion.

Hi welcome to Health care magic forum.
Thanks for calling H.C.M.Forum.
You wake up and can't move. can see everything but moving is hard. can't talk, if i move a finger or toe then your body snaps into motion.
It is some thing related to brain, and medulla. probably due to ischemia of the brain , due to vascular insuficiency or anaemia.
I advise you to consult a neurologist for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have an MRI,besides other routine tests for confirmation.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery.
Best regards.
