today when i was driving home from work i started to have a tingling sensation in both my hands and feet. it started to grow more intense and my entire hands as well as my wrists started to lock up, and my face began to feel numb as well. I had to pull over because I could no longer drive and was really terrified, so I called 911. The dispatcher asked me if i had a panic disorder, which I don't. I did, however take a 25mg adderall today as well as drink a large coffee. I have done that in the past but was wondering if perhaps this episode was brought on by overstimulation. I'm a vegan, also, so if it is unrelated to the caffeine/amphetamine interaction, I was wondering if it could be a vitamin deficiency issue (b12 or maybe iron? idk). I'm 17 years old, female.
