Stomach discomfort, headache, dizziness, neck pain, shoulder pain and back pain. Due to stress?

Hello, Doctor. I am Frida. I got stomach discomfort, headache, dizziness , neck pain , shoulder pain and back pain . It has been like this for one week. I have no problem in appetite and sleeping. But, I feel tired and get fatique easily after working. I am a Kindergarten Teacher and for these past few days, I don t feel like going to school. Do I have mental disorder or am I just physically down due to overloaded work? Please kindly give me advices and suggestions. Thank you, Doctor.

Hi!!!!Some issues need to be ruled out for the symptoms you are having.
Would suggest you to go for a routine blood test(complete blood count) especially to know your hemoglobin levels and hence to rule out anaemia. Here are other special tests:
Ferritin levels to know the iron stores in your body.
Vitamin B12,Vitamin D ,and Folate levels along with Thyroid Function Tests(TFT)-TSH,T3,T4.
Get the above test done and if the levels are not normal then the supplement is always beneficial.
For stomach discomfort, avoid spicy food...try being on bland diet for couple of days and drink lots of water and fresh fruit juices and if unbearable can be on antacids for some days.
You seem to be taking too much of stress...try some light exercises,yoga....less likely that you are suffering from mental disorders.

Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

Reactive Depression is possible
Mild forms of 'flu' / anaemia / vitamin deficiency - may do this...

See your GP / get examined / have a few basic blood tests
The prognosis is generally excellent...

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
