Hi!!!!Some issues need to be ruled out for the symptoms you are having.
Would suggest you to go for a routine blood test(complete blood count
) especially to know your hemoglobin
levels and hence to rule out anaemia.Here are other special tests:
Ferritin levels to know the iron stores in your body.
,Vitamin D ,and Folate levels along with Thyroid
Get the above test done and if the levels are not normal then the supplement is always beneficial.
For stomach discomfort
,avoid spicy food...try being on bland diet for couple of days and drink lots of water and fresh fruit juices and if unbearable can be on antacids for some days.
You seem to be taking too much of stress...try some light exercises,yoga....less likely that you are suffering from mental disorders.
