Stabbing Pain In The Lower Abdomen. Need Medical Attention?

Hi I woke up around 4am this morning with a stabbing pain in my lower abdominal pain (like a stitch feeling) it comes and goes its now 10.15 and i still have the pain its not getting worse it just keeps stabbing, I have been to the barthroom this morning with no problems. not sure if i should ride it out or maybe see my doctor. Thanks in advance for your help Carly

The pain could be arising from your pelvic organs - it could be even a ovulatory pain. Is it still there?
