Stabbing Pain In Left Rib Cage Under Breast Worsened While Bending, Unable To Take Full Breaths, Tenderness. Advice
I'm a 33 year old female. I've had a stabbing pain in my left rib cage area just under my breast for a week. It's tender to the touch and becomes severe and sharp if I bend or hunch over or twist. It feels like something is getting caught, and prevents me from taking full breaths, then goes away after a few seconds if I straighten out. It does not seem to worsen with eating.

It seems that you might be having myalgia or costo-chondritis giving this problem.
Take some NSAID, analgesic tablet as and when required.
Apply some analgesic cream on the part.
