Hi,

Noted your history of multiple piercing of ear pinna at cartilage ears and developed redness, swelling and have lots of pain along with pus, heard of chondritis.
With the history you have provided it is surely an infection of the skin and cartilage of pinna.
Hence you need the following treatment:
Antibiotic orally and needs a prescription for the same.
Apply liquid povidone iodine locally to the whole area.
Keep the area open.
Do not press or so.
If the results are positive giving relief and clinical improvement then continue the treatment will cure.
If no results then you may need incision and drainage, continuation of medicines.
Remove all he earrings.

Anti-inflammatory like Ibuprofen in proper doses.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, ENT and General Surgeon
