As far as Fibroid is concern, you do not have to worry. Fibroid is a common finding and it needs to be removed only if it is the cause of excessive bleeding, any pressure symptoms, or infertility
. Also it is sometimes not possible to remove only fibroid without removing the uterus.
For both sided ovarian cysts, you need to undergo surgery. Surgery can be done by laproscopy or by open method also. Though they have written Chocolate cyst

cysts or other cysts ( Number of types of Cysts)also. After the removal of ovarian cysts, your Doctor will send these cysts for histo-pathological examination to know the type of Cyst.
