Small, Painless Bumps On Labia Majora, Scabbing, Swelling In Right Gland. Treatment?

I have small painless bumps on the top right of my labia major and I believe they came from my underwear rubbing. They have begun to scab now and do not hurt at all. In the past I have had the same thing and it is goes away in a week or so. At the same time however however my right gland minimally swells. I have recently been tested and looked at and my doctor doesn t suspect herpes . What could this be?

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The small bumps that you have could be due to harm;less prominent glands or hair follicles in the area. It can be related to eczema too. This is not likely to be due to Herpes.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
