Small Painful Bump After Intercourse, Pain In Groin Area, Painful To Touch, Swollen. What's Wrong?

After sex with my spouse The next day i had a very small bump that was painfully, I describe it as a canker soar like pain. The following day the bump has grown to three, I get home from work it has grown to 6 in number and all day I have had pain in my right groin/ gland area, painful to touch. What s going on? No itching or burning. It is swollen.

Its most probably infection and it might have spread to the inguinal lymph nodes. Kindly consult your physician asap.
