Small Lump On Forehead While Waking Up. Possible Causes ?

Hi, doc I am AAA ..I have a strange problem.. 4 months ago when waking up in the morning I had noticed a small lump on my forehead .now after 4 months it remain same and noticeable easily.I couldn t remember I have bang my forehead with any hard thing .I applied ice pack immediately and continue it for a month .but nothing..I have acne problem. But its not mobile. A hard calcified thing.I just want to know how was it happen.??what is it??& how to correct it.it is now a cosmetic concern ...thanks

hello, there s nothing to get worried about. it may be a simple dermoid cyst or even a sebaceous cyst. it requires a thorough examination by a general surgeon for exact diagnosis. it may require excision if the size continues to grow.
