Small Child, Cold Hands And Feet, Numbness And Tickling Sensation. Causes For Symptoms?

My 3 year old often says his feet or hands are cold but they feel normal or warm to the touch. Sometimes he cries and says it hurts. He seems to be able to distinguish when his feet fall asleep (says it feels pike sand in his shoes or tickling feeling) and says its not that. Are there other things it could be or is it just limbs falling asleep and him not knowing the difference yet?

Pediatrician 's  Response
I think you should better consult a pediatrician, because if he feels tingling ,numbness then we have to check his vitals, temperature, peripheral sensations n then decide accordingly..
