Small bump at the vaginal opening, no itching, pain. Negative tests for syphilis, AIDS, STD. Is it genital warts?

I had an AIDS , and STD tes for herpes and syphillis and both tests came out negative I took these tests because I felt a small bump by the opening of my vagina it does not itch, hurt or burn, the doctor told me it might be a skin tag. I have never been given a pap smear test and so was wondering if it could be genital warts?
