Hello and welcome to HCM
I have read your mail in detail and wants to help you out. All the symptoms you have explained in you mail are arising due to restlessness or sleeplessness. It may be due to anxiety or stress. No body in the world is stress free unless he/she is less than 3 years of age, its how we respond to the situations.
Other factors which are causing this are hypertension, diabetes, Family history of anxiety and extra work load.
Try to relax for some days (can go for vocation with family), do medication twice daily, think what is happening is happening good. Don't bring the office stress to home and spend some time with your family and friends.
If all this not work for you than consult your physician and start medication for this and just be relax.
Best Wishes

Warm greetings..It seems like you are suffering from insomnia..and also by the way, do you have the habit of snoring..People who snore do have a kind of restless sleep at night.. First of all i would suggest that you not take coffee or any other stimulating drinks before you go to bed. Take a glass of hot milk a few minutes before you sleep. Good aroma or fragrance from sandal agarbathi would aid you in getting a transquilizing sleep. Moreover learn yoga nidra, if need be i can guide you through the process, which is the best form of relaxation. It induces sleep as well as gives you freshness when you wake. It might 100% also help you not feel frustrated whatever the cause may be. You could also try out pranayama or breathing exercise, which can help you a lot. Bach flower remedies can help a lot in this process of calming your mind. All the very best..and wish you speedy recovery.
