Should I Get Another Anti-rabies Vaccination After Another Dog Bite?

Hi dr. I got bitten by my friend s dog last July 2013 and had the complete anti-rabies vaccination. And today, January 23,2014, i got bitten again by my pet dog. Should i undergo again with a complete anti-rabies vaccination? Thank you :) please help.

hi..if ur pet dog is healthy with no signs of any ill health, then there is no need to take anti-rabies vaccination. Take TT vaccination. however, if ur still suspicious, there is no harm in taking anti rabies vaccination once again. observe ur dog for few days for any signs of ill health. good luck.
