Should I Continue Susten 200 During 6 Weeks Of Pregnancy?

HI Doctor, i am pregnnet with 6 weeks and doctor suggested me to take susten 200 daily till 12 weeks...but i felt like intensity of vomitings, giddiness is more when i take the medicine otherwise it is normal........pls suggest me whether to continue susten or not?

Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Susten is micronised progesterone with the side effect of giddiness, low blood pressure and nausea. If the symptoms are troublesome, you can change the route of the drug, and take it vaginally as it has very low side effects when taken by this route.
