Should I Be Worried As I Am Having Pain In My Throat And Neck?
Is 1.20 ng/ml ft4 normal?reference value is 0.80-2.00
Im getting worried coz im having pains in my throat and neck going down to my chest causing chest pains...so much headache,muscle and bone pains,loss of appetite,dizziness and feeling weak which i think is due to my hyperthyroidism

Your t4 value is within limit...
If your TSH report also normal than don't worry for thyroid problem
This type of presentation can be from viral infection also
For congestion relief benadryl like decongestant given
For pain paracetamol like drug prescribed
Your work up also done for...
-Auscultation
-CBC
-CRP
-if needed chest x ray done
