Hi!
Welcome to HCM!
Those who donot breastfeed, commonly their period returns by ten weeks. Breastfeeding can delay menstruation and ovulation for around 20 weeks or more, .It is common to have heavier and/or irregular periods than normal when they do resume. first periods after baby are heavy in many women so donot worry.
Drink plenty of fluids and fruit juice, and eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, and whole grain breads and cereals to prevent constipation
Take stool softeners with phylum or natural fibres
mild exercise can help to eliminate painful gas.Take antacids if required.
Hope this helps!
