Should I See A Doc For A Sharp Pain By The Belly Button And Lost Appetite?

I'm 15
I woke up and had a dull pain by my belly button that slowed turned to a sharp pain on my lower right abdomen. I have loss my apatite and it hurt when I press down on it. It hurts when I try to move as well. I'm not sure if I should see a doctor?
