Should I Continue Riding Bikes If Suffering From Umbilical Hernia?

I have taken to riding an electric bike with a umbilical hernia. I am finding discomfort in my midriff, which in the morning when I get up feels like I have a brick in my midriff. I am taking levethyroxine. Should I continue riding.

Thanks Barbara

Hi,
Taking proper surgical treatment on time is best for an umbilical hernia. Even without riding bike, the hernia can grow and progress in size. This can lead to complications and that might be a medical emergency. Please consult your doctor early.
