Should I Be Worried For Red Bumps On Eye?

I woke up and noticed a small red bump on the white part of my eye. It doesn't itch, burn, hurt or water. I vaguely remember bumping my eye recently. Also wear contacts. Is this serious?

it may be related to prolonged use of cotactlens. it causes dry eye and corneal erosion. for treatment you have to discontinue contact lens, use specs, and apply artificial tear drop. you will improve
