Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. He has end stage cirrhosis of liver. His ast and alt level is high. Hos bilirubin level is normal. You should take treatment of liver failure. Multivitamin, lactulose and other symptomatic treatment may help him. Avoid alcohol is the key factor. Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
