Should I Be Concerned For Puppy German Shepherd Bite Though Applied Hydrogen Peroxide And Ice?
My daughter 11 was bitten by my new 12 week old puppy german shepard who's parents are show dogs and the breeder personally delivered the dog. Should I be concerned. The bit happened because my two dogs were fighting and she tried to break it up. the bit did break the skin one little drop of blood. I put hydogion proxid on it and ice.

Whatever some other doctor say in my opinion your doctor should be given 5 injections for precautionary measures .
As in my opinion and practical life I have seen so many hydrophobia ( rabies cases) cases bitten by small puppies.
Hydrogen peroxide will act only superficial .
Dose schedule is as .
Human diploid cell vaccine or purified chick embryo cell vaccine 1.0 ml I M (deltoid area)one each on days 0, 3, 7 and 14 .
Some doctors also inject on days 30 , while others not .
