Should Dicyclomine And Omeprazole Be Reduced Due To Stomach Pain, Constipation, Tiredness?

i am currently taking 4 doses of 20mg dicyclomine along with 40mg omeprazole twice a day.. however i feel like my stomach is hurting worse than ever... Literally I am almost toppled in pain at some points of the day. I am feeling extremely tired and have not had a bowel movement also I have noticed that my mucas seems to be thick and green yet show no signs of having a cold or that type of thing. should i be taking less of the meds or pairing it with a laxative?

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood the concerns.

Since the pain has persisted in spite of taking 4 dosages of Dicyclomine which is a strong antispasmodic and you have constipation too I would advise you the following:
Consult your Doctor or go to ER for clinical evaluation, an actual examination and further investigations like X-ray of abdomen in standing position, ultrasonography or CT scan of abdomen to know the possible cause.
If there is a surgical problem like intestinal obstruction or so you may need admission for observation, intravenous therapy and to see if conservative management can help you or not. If the conservative management fails you may need surgery.
If there is any other reason you will be treated accordingly.
Stop self medications as the problem looks to be serious one.
