I am a female 21 years old 5 9 and 140 pounds and have terrible constipation and stomach pain all of the time. I eat very little and I feel full to the point of bursting, I have constant stomach aches after eating, I m always dehydrated even after drinking excess amounts of water and feel tired often. Even after trying warm water, hot baths, extra fiber , juices and suppsitories nothing helps me go.

Thanks for posting your query.
As you are having persistent constipation, stomach pain and dehydration, if you are also having salty skin and frequent chest or upper respiratory tract infection then these findings suggests Cystic Fibrosis. It is a recessive genetic disorder that can lead to serious complications or even put your life at risk.It may cause severe problems in the lungs, pancreas, liver, and intestine. It is an inherited disorder and affects cells that produce mucous, sweat, and digestive juices.
You should visit your doctor and get labs like Sweat Chloride Test,Chest X-Ray, CT scan and LFT.
Hope it helps.
