Hi there.

Thanks for writing in.

Do you have any history of fever or cough?
Any history of bloating sensation of the abdomen?
How are your bowel habits? Any diarrhoea/ constipation?
How old are you? Any history of smoking? Any history of palpitations, shortness of breath? Anything to suggest a cardiac nature for the pain?

The possibilities I can think of are muscle sprain, acidity/ gastritis, anxiety, cardiac problems/ respiratory problems. Kindly get back to me with the above details. I will be in a better position to comment further with the answers to the above.
Hope this helps

Regards,
Dr. Divya Kuttikrishnan
