Hi there.

Firstly was your sexual exposure protected or unprotected?

Not all symptoms point directly to an HIV infection but am presuming it was an unprotected exposure & instead of speculating whether or not it could be HIV related, please get yourself tested for either Elisa for HIV or PCR HIV test the latter being my preferred choice.

Do you have any fever?

The gastric symptoms may be unrelated.

Do get back to me with the questions & the test results & we can take this discussion further. In the meantime, no need to panic..But please do remember in the future..Practice SAfe Sex!!Godspeed!
