Hello renee,

Welcome to the forum. You have a very common problem that is faced by many women post- partum. Do not worry. It is nice to know that you have already recovered and doing fine. I think it is time for you do start your regular exercises under an expert. You can even perform yoga under the supervision of an expert adviser. Take calcium and mineral tablets and food rich in vitamins anti-oxidants, fiber and low in lipids and carbohydrates.

Look to your posture, never lean forward while working or standing. Take care of yourself. A hormone called relaxin secreted ( in excess ) during child birth may be a cause of your backache. As your hormone balance gets back to normal you will get fine.

Yes, you need to see your gynecologist and get clinically examined and have all investigations and radiology done to rule out any causative factor which may be responsible for the pain. You need routine blood tests to rule out generalized weakness.

Have agood day, take care.
