Severe Pain In Eyes And Ear Pain After Half Of Zoloft Pill Got Stuck In Throat

I got a half of zoloft pill stuck in my throat and had such severe pain that my eyes watered and my ears hurt. Drinking water made it worse, tried milk, some banana and finally 3 tums and an hour later, I vomited. My throat is still sensitive but bearable. Could the tums have made me vomit or was it the zoloft?

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Zoloft as a drug may cost nausea and probably, in correspondence with the use of 3 tums and previous injury to the lining of the throat by pill, caused vomiting.
