Dear sir, i m very much upset. I m 32 y old male. Since last many months I m having severe muscular weakness, numbness in my arms and legs, lower back pain, knee pain and dificult to walk from my ankles even. My vitamin D reading last month was 31. Doctor has advised me to take 10,000 iu per week. I m going bad day by day. Suffering from insomnia and if i sleep by chance i wake with severe muscular pain and weakness. Pls help me
