Hi,
You just had your period on 1st May with severe abdominal pain on left side after your period or during your period as well?
It appears that there was no pregnancy detected.
The report says left ovarian cyst on cervix?
Your left ovary has a cyst which may be the cause of your pain. How big is the cyst? Didnt they mention the size of the cyst? If the Cyst is big it may be lying near the cervix.
The nature of the cyst has to be found. considering the pain you had it could be an endometriotic cyst.
You need to see your gynecologist who can tell you exact nature of cyst after a physical exam and your history.
Till then if you have pain you can take some mild pain killers or warm bag on the abdomen to relieve the pain.
Take care
