Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
It seems that there is total absence of sperms in semen.
It requires evaluation of the case.
Consult sexologist and go for further investigations like testicular biopsy, local examination of part for having any problem in testicle,,epididimis and hormonal estimation .
Ok and bye.

General & Family Physician Dr. Das Arindam's  Response
Hello, Welcome to HCM, I am Dr. Das

Look, your semen analysis report indicates absence of sperm. That means there is a very big problem in you.

You have to get investigated meticulously. Some important investigations are like total hormonal profile including prolactin, testosterone and other sex steroids.

An ultrasound scan of scrotum is also necessary. If required, a biopsy should be performed from testis fro detection of any viable tissue.

So, you have to consult with urologist for further management.

Regards.
