Semen Analysis Shows Sperm Count, Alkaline, RBC, Epithelial Cells, Sperm Motility After Ejaculation. What Are The Normal Limits?

Hi doctor, could you please clarify my semen analysis whether it is normal or not?
( I had to done it in a diagnostic centre toilet which was not great in condition..did not get fully arose)
Here is the report:

Volume: 03ml
Liquefaction: completely liquefied ( after incubation at 37 degree Celsius for 30 minutes)
PH: Alkaline

Sperm Count: 40 million
Sperm motility: 40% actively motile, 20% feebly motile, 40% non motile ( motility within one hour of ejaculation)
Sperm Morphology: 70% sperm morphology within normal limits

Other cells: Pus cells ( Leukocytes) 0-2 / HPF
Epithelial cells 1-2 / HPF
Germ Cells Present
RBC Nil

Sperm Clumping: Absent

Comment : Normozoospermia with Hypomotility

The typical volume of semen collected is between 1.5 and 5.5 milliliters (mL) of fluid per ejaculation. The semen should initially be thick and then liquefy within 15 to 30 minutes. Sperm count normal is at least 20 million or more sperm per mL. Motility at least 50% should be motile one hour after ejaculation, moving forward in a straight line with good speed and morphology greater than 50% of those cells examined must be normal in size, shape, and length. Semen pH should be between 7.2 and 7.8, fructose at 150-600 mg/dL, and there should be fewer than 2000 white blood cells per mL. From your report your semen analysis is normal.
