Color white - greyish white to pale yellow
Consistency - thick
Chemical reaction PH - ALKALINE
total sperm count 110 million
Motile 70%
Non motile 30%
Epithelial cells +/hpf
Leucocytes 25-30 /hpf
R.B.C 4-6 /hpf
Normal form 75%
Abnormal form 25%

My age 27
Wife age 22
2.5 year ago married
Loss 1 after 4 months of marrige.

hi and welcome to HCM .......
dear besides leucocyte and red blood cells,rest of the report is perfactly normal.....
leuco and RBC show infection of prostate and seminal vesicle...which need treatment with a good antibiotic for a long time ....
i suggest tab sparfloxacin for 10 days ...along with tab Doxy cycline for one month ...
