Scars And Redness On Face. Prescribed Agelaic Acid Cream, Ultraguard. Is It Dead Skin?

Hello, I am facing a issue on my face, Lot of scars and redness on the face. Already prescribed by dermatologist, He given me Melaglow, Radiance(tea tree (Capsules),Agelaic acid cream(Agiderm),Ultraguard(Spf40, Pa++).but not getting the results upto the marks and standard.
I am 27 years old guy and it seems that my face skin has dead cells on it. Please advise me.

Thanks for the query,

Redness and scar on face can be a manifestation of Lupus.

other possibility is rosaceae.

Try to notice whether you have photo sensitivity.

This will help in ruling out severe condition like lupus.
