Rough Patch In Vagina Near G-spot. Hurt Partner During Intercourse. Had IUD Removed. What Could It Be?

Hi the other day during intercourse my boyfriend said he felt a rough patch in my vagina near my g-spot (like a hard line) that felt painful to him. He said he felt something a long while back but never to this point. Also, my cycle had ended a few days prior to this but I had spotting after. (Also, about 5 years ago I did have a iud that was removed do to it coming out on its own. Not sure if that has anything to do with anything, just want to give as much info as possible.) I have scheduled a gyn appointment within the coming week, but as for now I am obsessed about what this could be. I have also not had a child and am concerned of the possibilities. Thanks in advance

Hi
You can find out what is wrong in speculum examination by a gyaenecologist. As you said you removed IUD,should also rule out any trauma dueto that or any remains of it presnt there.Hope this may help you.
thanks
