Right Nipple Always Inverted, Shrunk To Smaller Size, Not Pregnant. Should I Be Worried?

My right nipple is almost always inverted and very difficult, if at all possible, to pull out. Recently this nipple has shrunk to a visibly smaller size than before and my left nipple. I am 17, not pregnant or ever have been. Should I be worried about these changes?

Teenagers may sometimes have inverted nipple.
Majority of them autocorrect during pregnancy.
Alternatively Inverted 10 ml syringe, smooth;y cut at the tip breaking the nozzle and reversing the plunger at the cut end and applying the smooth end to nipple and applying negative pressure by pulling the plunger of syringe may be helpful.
Consult your surgeon for assessment and detailed demonstration.
