Dear user
Retinitis pigmentosa is a inherited disease affecting the rods of retina.
But unfortunately there is no cure to the retinitis pigmentosa as of now.
The treatment of this condition is mainly by
slowing down the progression of the disease by using vitamin A, antioxidant drugs..

treatment of complications like macular edema by acetazolamide tablets

use of low visual aids in advanced cases

future research like retinal chip implants are of future hope but still in experimental stage

based on this i can advice you to get examination of the eye to find out the severity of the disease and treatment accordingly.
