Red Painful Spot On Labia, Lymph Node Painful. Hurts While Urinating. What Is The Cause?

3-4 times a year i get a few red painful spot/ lumps on my right labia the last two times my lymphnode on the same side has been painfull this time it has been accompanied by 2 more lumps inside my labia next to my clitoris and have been torture especially when passing urine . they are very red and angry looking. what could this be i have had the same sexual partner for 7 years
