Hi,

Thanks for writing to health care magic.

Fever in that age group could be because of several causes. It could be viral fever or malaria or respiratory infection or typhoid or urinary infection etc.

What are the associated complaints?
Does your kid have any cold, cough, burning urination or sore throat?
Were any investigations done?

Continue to ask further queries as required.
Hope this helps.
Take care.
