Recurred Warts Turning Sensitive Instead Of Falling When Repeated The Treatment Of Application Solution. Suggest

Hi i had warts and yeast infesction like 2 years ago got treated and they went away. The warts came back last year and am treating them with a application solution which i used for 3 days since the warts did not fall off i repaeted the treatment after 2 weeks. Having done so the warts seems to be sensitive rather than falling off. What might be the cause?or should i be given another treatment? Thanks

Hi,

Warts or verruca are the lesions caused by virus.

They can relapse ,if not treated properly or patient is immunocompromised..

Blood tests may be done to rule out DM,HIV, anaemia, nutritional deficiencies or any internal diseases.

Very simple treatment in the form of electrocautery of all warts at the same time is needed.

Immunobusters like levamisole and antioxidants may improve immunity.

That should be continue for long time.

Regular follow up is required after cure of disease to prevent relapse.

You consult dermatologist for perfect treatment.

I hope you got my answer.

Thanks.
