, liver profile, thyroid
and vitamin D3
and B12 checked... she might be having some deficiency due to which the weakness is happening.. make sure she eat healthy foods daily like all kind of fruits, almonds, walnuts, oats, ragi porridge which is very healthy, jowar roti, dals, veggies, salads.. she can also eat eggs, chickne, fish , sprouts if she is a non veg...make sure she drink lot of water.. give her multivitamin
